Democrats on Capitol Hill Tuesday added several more gun control bills to the hopper for the 116th Congress to include regulating downloadable gun files as well as many popular firearm magazines.

Some 29 Senate Dems lead by Sen. Bob Menendez of New Jersey, allied with House Democrats spearheaded by Florida Congressman Ted Deutch, announced their “Keep Americans Safe Act,” which would ban the import, sale, manufacture, transfer, or possession of firearm magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds of ammunition. Those prosecuted under the bill could see as much as five years in prison.

This is my first comment on this site and I just want to say that magazine size does not matter. There is an excellent video by a county sheriff using 2 different type shooters and they show that the size of the magazine doesn't change how fast the shooter can fire off an equal amount of rounds using various sized magazines the shooters changed out or reloaded a new magazine pretty fast. Not to mention the statement, "Shall NOT be Infringed" is pretty easy to understand but yet the Supreme Court feels that it means, maybe, if, and, or, but. I just don't see why it has become so difficult for the BAR Attorneys to understand what Shall Not means. BAR attorneys are an organized worldwide crime syndicate.
