It will be interesting to see if this law will be interpreted to apply to blackjacks as well. They essentially follow the same laws of physics, i.e. a metal weight (lead) attached to a flexible fulcrum.
One would presume so, but we all know the bent of police and prosecutors to arrest and charge people if they think they can get a conviction, whether it's right or not. And we also know the propensity of courts to defer to government's interpretation in most cases. |
