"A Benicia High School sophomore was arrested Friday on campus after concealing a loaded pistol in his back pack, according to police who say school staff handled the potentially dangerous situation improperly."

| Idle thought - there is no "correct" way to abuse people who aren't doing anything wrong. They handled the situation improperly? They had to guess. If something actually wrong had been happening, the response would likely have been much more clear. |
