I guess as long as he had a valid reason to point a gun at someone who had no idea he was a cop . . .

Nice to see that the police, enforcerers of the law, were the one's guarding the counterfeit cds. Please note, he was in a post man's uniform, not a police uniform, and hence not on duty.
