Submitter's Note: So Kaile, you're saying that anyone in California who is not a 'prohibited person' (saving that argument for another time) can carry a loaded concealed weapon without fear of arrest? Well I hesitate to call you an uninformed incompetent twit, but it is either that or you are an out-and-out bald-faced liar.
