Author is an idiot! The law does not legalize murder, it decriminalizes SELF DEFENSE!
I find it difficult to believe that a man on his back on the ground, is committing MURDER when he shoots his assailant (who is 3" taller than he is, is younger, and in better physical shape, and who, by attacking him, has committed several crimes). |
