"In less than nine minutes Friday morning, thieves yanked the front door off a Columbia gun store, smashed three glass cabinets and took more than 30 handguns."
"The burglary at Palmetto Firearms, 4601 Broad River Road, happened less than a week after a similar break-in at a Greensboro, N.C., gun store, said Richland County sheriff's spokesman Joseph Pellicci."
"Investigators think the burglaries are linked because the same company owns Palmetto Firearms and Southern Firearms in Greensboro." |

| If they find the thieves I hope they shoot them on the spot, after all the punishment should fit the crime! |

| those gun dealers should take a bit more initiative in protecting their stock. The gun shop i go to has no windows, double doors, both gated, all the firearms are locked in gun safes at night and there is a security system. |
