"When the Oswego City Police Department decided to upgrade to a Glock .45-caliber handgun from the Glock .40s their officers had been carrying for more than 10 years they needed to figure what to do with the surplus .40-caliber bullets they had. Monday night, the Oswego City Council approved a plan that will allow the Police Department to sell the remaining couple hundred rounds of ammunition to the State University College at Oswego. The bullets will be used by 20 of the college's police officers, who also carry Glock .40s." ... |
