"You can't pick up a newspaper and not have your stomach turn from gun-related horror. You still think it can't happen to you? Not here? Think again!"
"High-visibility, gun-related homicides are everywhere. The House quietly passed a bill to gut the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms' already-weakened ability to shut down rogue gun dealers who supply the majority of guns used by criminals." ...
"In the past 17 years, California passed a series of sensible gun laws that haven't harassed responsible owners or retailers but have saved lives. The most recent Centers for Disease Control data show that, between 1994 and 2003, California cut its gun homicide rate 46 percent and gun suicide rate 33 percent. ..." ... |

"In the past 17 years, California passed a series of nonsensical extremist victim disarmament mala prohibita laws that haven't harassed responsible owners or retailers but have saved lives," bleated the evil social fascist. I think that grieving Jessica Carpenter might have a little arguement about your blatant lies...

| Another case of figures can lie and liers can figure. Suicide by gun dropped 33 percent but how about the total suicide rate? Most suicides just found another way. |

What law is sensible when it outlaws something that has NEVER BEEN used in a crime? (the 50 BMG rifles) What group of gun owners HAS been harrassed to death since that law passed? SENSIBLE 50 BMG gun owners who legally registered their rifles like good little sheep. They are now being harrassed and having their LEGALLY REGISTERED guns STOLEN from them by government THUGS because they suposedly qualify as 'assault weapons' under California's ignorant anti-gun owner laws. I sure am glad I don't live THERE. |

| This useful idiot must have a different definition of "harassment." He should ask Bill Doss if he felt harassed by the SWAT team that wanted his registered SKS. |
