Under the guise of preventing mass shootings, North Carolina lawmakers tried to chip away at the Second Amendment this week. State Rep. Christy Clark, D-Mecklenburg, called a Thursday press conference at the General Assembly to introduce the Gun Violence Prevention Act, a grab bag of restriction that range from the ineffectual to the unconstitutional.

So far, and only because a successful challenge hasn't advanced to the SCOTUS.

There is nothing 'reasonable' about imposing a regulation without the constitutional authority to do so. Private sales aren't commerce, and there is no other delegation of such power.
