Subject: bad gun decision

Judge Tolby,

Your last sentence in your rebuttal to your emails caught my eye: "But I only wanted to point out that time after time I see what I call good hard working, honest people, that in a state of fear or anger, make very bad decisions with a gun." Why, then, didn't you admonish the arresting officer for his violation of the subject's rights? He made a very bad decision when he drew his gun. Not only did he violate the subject's rights (poor judgment), he acted contrary to law (poor judgment), and he escalated the situation un-necessarily (poor judgment, which could have cost a life). If he worked for me, he'd get a lengthy corrective interview.

When you, a cop, or anyone within government, violates anyone's rights that person becomes a felon of the worst sort. A murderer is less of felon than one who fails to up-hold the Constitution he has sworn to defend and protect. You have trampled on the very foundation our great nation; there can be no higher form of offence, than what you've done, either out of ignorance or malice.

You are to be alert (that means awake at all times) in the performance of your duties for any encroachment upon the Constitution, your oath of office requires it, and no legislature is empowered to pass any law contrary to the Constitution. The fact that you preside over a court of no record does not relieve you of the responsibility to up-hold the LAW OF THE LAND, and protect it with vigor.

While I'm about it, let me point out to you the very un-patriotic tag in your email address: AOL.com. Since you have not made yourself familiar with the law, it is equally likely that you are unaware that AOL.com is subversive to the Constitution, and attacks it with complete abandon. This places you right alongside all the other forces seeking to null the Constitution and our national sovereignty, and Liberty, for all to see.

See to it that you rectify your error, and while you're at it, remember to never repeat it.

SINCERELY,
DICK WELLS
