RE: Your Misunderstanding of...
"The right of the individual citizen to keep
and bear arms shall not be impaired..." If the below words are in fact yours, consider
the request below to be official.

every police officer that I asked said the same thing. i.e. If you have a
gun in your car, and you are not permitted, it must be it the glove box at
minimum and preferably in a holster. Or in the trunk. It must be out of your
