HOUSTON, TEXAS -- A man came home Monday afternoon to find another man in the house with his wife.

The man, who lives in the 13800 block of Sableglen in northwest Harris County, allegedly shot the suspect in the buttocks with a 12-gauge shotgun.

The suspect was taken to Ben Taub Hospital.

The woman told investigators that she let the suspect into her house, but that he attacked her after he was inside.

The case will now be presented to a grand jury without charges.
