Dear CPSC,

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I am requesting all of the following immediately:

1) all compliance data regarding the alleged Daisy airgun defect. Specifically requested is information and evidence validating the claims that the models 880 and 856 have a manufacturer's defect.

2) the minutes of each Commissioner's meeting and all other meetings where the Daisy airgun company was discussed.

3) each and every incident report regarding any alleged accident or death involving a Daisy airgun.

4) each and every incident report regarding any alleged accident or death involving any other type of airgun.

5) annual statistical reports of all accidental deaths or injuries for each and every product where CPSC has issued a recall.

6) a list of all companies, their products and the numbers of both deaths and injuries associated with their products where Daisy has sued to compel a recall.

7) a signed, dated affidavit by both Commissioners who voted for the Daisy lawsuit attesting to their justifications for suing to compel a recall.

Federal law gives you a deadline by which you must respond. Please notify me within the next 24 hours as to when the above information will be in my hands or in my emailbox.

Happy Halloween.

Angel Shamaya
