To the editor,
This is the 8th letter I have sent
to the Atlanta Journal Constitution on their failure to report this scandal.
In this article in the Cincinnati Enquirer, SAMPLES: Book's validity questioned
<http://enquirer.com/editions/2002/01/12/loc_samples_books.html>,
author Karen Samples notes that she is not so sure she now believes the research
of Emory University history Professor Michael Bellesiles as she was when when
she wrote her "starry eyed" review of his book, Arming America: The
Origins of a National Gun Culture.
Even the local television stations in Atlanta
have reported on this scandal.
The silence of the Atlanta Journal
Constitution is deafening.
