President Joe Biden recently argued against the Second Amendment being "absolute" as he unveiled new gun control laws. Biden also emphasized how he taught Constitutional law for years. During his remarks, Biden said that it is Democrats who "are the ones funding cops," as reported by Benzinga.com. Biden made the comments after signing an executive order aimed at regulating 3D printed guns and improving active-shooter drills in schools.

A United States District Court judge refused to stay an injunction against an Illinois law blocking the carrying of firearms on public transportation. Last month, in a case brought by the Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC), the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois ruled that the Illinois law banning firearms from being carried on public transportation by concealed carry holders was unconstitutional. The judge granted an injunction to the plaintiffs, blocking the enforcement of the law. Illinois vowed to appeal the judge’s ruling to the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

A suspect with a rifle fled a church in Burnet, Texas, Sunday morning after a member of Church at the Epicenter opened fire on him.

The Austin American-Statesman reported the incident occurred around 10:30 a.m.

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce took exception with the NFL’s apparent crackdown on finger gun gestures by saying, “It’s my Second Amendment.”

Kelce was on the “New Heights” podcast when he took issue with the unsportsmanlike-conduct penalty thrown against New York Jets wide receiver Allen Lazard. The penalty was the result of Lazard allegedly using a gun finger gesture.

An early morning confrontation on Monday in Fort Worth led to a homeowner shooting a man who had allegedly trespassed on his property. According to law enforcement, the incident occurred shortly before 3:30 a.m. on Museum Way near Picasso Drive.

Vice President Kamala Harris is “a radical” who was born in the U.S., grew up in Canada and whose values were shaped by spending her early adult life in the San Francisco Bay Area.

That was the revelation of National Review Political columnist John Fund, speaking at the recent Gun Rights Policy Conference in San Diego, co-sponsored by the Second Amendment Foundation and Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms.
