Very few guns offer the light weight, compact carryability (new word) and firepower as a snub-nosed .357 Magnum. Even fewer are more miserable to shoot with full-power defensive loads. If you like carry guns and you have a pain kink, this review is for you. |

Virginia-based FN recently announced it has won a $4.9 million contract to supply the U.S. Army with additional M240L medium machine guns.
The M240L was adopted in 2010 as a lighter variant of the M240 7.62x51 NATO machine gun, which in turn was first adopted by the U.S. Army in 1977 as an improvement of the iconic FN MAG 58. |

James Strong, a 35-year-old ex-convict who was released on parole in October 2023 after serving nearly 16 years for manslaughter, is now facing federal firearm trafficking charges. Federal prosecutors allege that he sold 21 guns, including pistols and rifles, to undercover officers in Queens between January and March 2025, believing the weapons were destined for Trinidad. |
