Police were told that four or five men entered Mustang Sally's Cabaret and Grill near 35th Avenue and Thomas Road about 9 p.m. Wednesday, waving guns. One of them fired a single shot, apparently to grab people's attention. I guess they got the bartenders attention alright.

Another win for RKBA...this time by a businessperson protecting his patrons. However, Arizona law prohibits these very patrons from carrying self-defense tools like firearms. If it did, it would really bring a new twist to the phrase "is that a gun in your pocket or are you happy to see me?"

BOULDER The City Council on Tuesday unanimously approved sweeping changes to the city's gun ordinance. The First District Ohio Court of Appeals refused to allow the suit, ruling gun manufacturers cannot be held responsible for how their products are used. Hopefully, the Ohio Supreme Court will uphold the lower court rulings. We will keep you updated.
