Failsafe is by definition a device that returns a mechanical device to a safe condition.

A driver beating on the car in front of him for driving too slow was shot in an act of alleged self-defense in north Houston, HPD says. The Houston Police Department said it responded to a road rage incident around midnight on Saturday at the N. Main Street entrance ramp of I-45. When they arrived at the scene, HPD says they found a man suffering from a single gunshot wound. |

In what could become one of the most consequential Second Amendment battles in decades, a coalition of gun-rights organizations — including the Second Amendment Foundation, American Suppressor Association, National Rifle Association, and Firearms Policy Coalition — on Oct. 9 filed a new lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, challenging the constitutionality of the National Firearms Act of 1934.
