"1 - ... Fact: the Supreme Court of the United States has not once accepted the Second Amendment right of individual gun rights as a defense. Different interpretations have arisen concerning the language of the amendment, but the court has repeatedly ruled that the amendment can play no role in canceling out state or federal laws restricting or regulating the purchase, transport or ownership of guns.
