"Mark Highbaugh had been charged with murder in the death of Alberia L. Jack but escaped the more serious charge when he pleaded guilty to manslaughter Monday in Sunflower County Circuit Court. His murder trial was to begin Tuesday."

"Circuit Court Judge Ashley Hines accepted the plea and sentenced Highbaugh to 20 years." ...
