"Around 10:30 p.m., three people came to the front door and asked to use the telephone. The suspects entered the house and one of them pointed a gun. The residents were ordered to get on the floor, while the gunman demanded money, the release said. The complainant said one of the suspects took a cordless phone, and all three left the residence. No vehicles were seen, and no arrests have been made." ~~~ Answer thy door with gun in thy hand. |

Clinton to stop in Omaha on Nebraska visit. PIMP ALERT! Warm up the stable, boys. Bids are being accepted now. You know what the leader of the most ethical administration in history likes, so remind your girls, no lipstick. We don't want that special Air Force One intern getting jealous. If you leave a comment at the Omaha W-H, remember that they will edit out any references to sexual deviance, socialism or any reference to "traitor" with Clinton. Republican Gov. Johanns is fair game of course. |

Neal Boortz covers the Clinton/Reno celebration of Brady's sixth anniversary, gov't intrusion into your kid's school lunches that you prepare at home, and algore's resume. Speaking of junior, the Miami Herald today estimates that 5000 felons voted including one elderly felon who's "got Alzheimer's, and he can't even carry on a conversation anymore." As these facts continue to be discovered, junior has got to go down in flames soon, real soon. Keep smiling. |

"Al Gore and Joe Lieberman say their motive in refusing to acknowledge their thrice-confirmed defeat is to defend the "larger principle" that every vote must count. I wonder if even one in four people believe them. If they keep this up, it won't be one in 10."
"Rather, they are defending the 'smaller principles' that every Gore vote must count at least once and that they must win at all costs."
"What we are witnessing is an unparalleled demonstration of arrogance and self-indulgence." |

QUOTES
TO REMEMBER |
I do believe that where there is a choice only between cowardice and violence, I would advise violence. Thus when my eldest son asked me what he should have done had he been present when I was almost fatally assaulted in 1908 [by an Indian extremist opposed to Gandhi's agreement with Smuts], whether he should have run away and seen me killed or whether he should have used his physical force which he could and wanted to use, and defend me, I told him it was his duty to defend me even by using violence. Hence it was that I took part in the Boer War, the so-called Zulu Rebellion and [World War I]. Hence also do I advocate training in arms for those who believe in the method of violence. I would rather have India resort to arms in order to defend her honor than that she should in a cowardly manner become or remain a helpless witness to her own dishonor. — Mohandas K. Gandhi, Young India, August 11, 1920 from Fischer, Louis ed.,The Essential Gandhi, 1962 |
