Michigan Legislature passes CCW reform

House and Senate OK CCW reform. Some restrictions included to
satisfy Gov. Engler who has promised to sign. A breakthrough for one
of the quiet states that is among the most restricitive for 2nd Amend
rights.

HOOORAY! After more than six years of hard work, we finally passed shall-issue here in Michigan. Kudos to the Michigan Coalition for Responsible Gun Owners.
The new law isn't perfect, but it will make the state safer. Time to pick out a conceal holster!

A report on the safety of schools in Kentucky. Pay particular attention to the box on the righthand side. Notice that if you add all firearms up it still is out ranked by other offences.
