- How surprising. I'm shocked. Thousands of gun laws, a telephone capable of calling 911, and an entire police department couldn't protect this family from home-invading, gun-toting criminals.

"Under the new version of the ordinance, anyone loitering in an area for the purpose of solicitation for drugs or prostitution will find his or her vehicle seized. City authorities defined the difference between 'loitering' & 'loitering for purpose of solicitation', as making preliminary steps toward solicitation without actually soliciting."

So now the city will take your car if they think you are "possibly" going to solicit? What do they take if you don't own a vehicle?

I dont think people realize that prosecutors are only doing their jobs and that some people want to make them a point of their frustration, said Stivers, who received several death threats when he served as assistant commonwealths attorney for Clay, Leslie and Jackson counties.
