"You can take the ones you find away when I'm not home, and I'll still have guns you don't know about and I will do my best to kill you for what you did."

"A new ruling by a federal appeals court means managers in a growing number of states must accept what, for many, is a troubling reality -- their employees have the legal right to keep guns in their cars at work, even with layoffs on the rise and economic tensions running high ..."

"On February 19, the U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed a District Court ruling, thereby upholding an Oklahoma law that gave workers the right to keep guns in their locked vehicles. 'This unanimous and clearly worded ruling has broad implications for managers in the several states that have passed laws like Oklahoma's,' said Anelli ... "'If the Ensign Amendment to the D.C. Voting Rights bill becomes law, it will undermine public safety and make our Nation's Capital less safe.'"

"But Birnbaum and Pawlowski shared a common fate; they were both victims -- not just of the armed men who murdered them a few days apart, but also of a political system that lacks the courage to stand up to the gun lobby and say, 'Enough is enough.'"

"Paulette Bouyer is a member of a peculiar little sorority in this city; a church lady who keeps a loaded pistol."

"Once a rabid booster of living in Detroit, Bouyer's home was broken into in broad daylight two weeks ago. The interlopers even made it through the iron gate that covers the door. Now, Bouyer says, she is so afraid, she is prepared to break the Sixth Commandment -- thou shall not kill -- by virtue of her Second Amendment right to bear arms."

"As my grandfather was fond of saying: 'it's time to fish or cut bait.' As predicted here, the Obama administration intends to put a new Assault Weapons Ban (AWB) on the fast track. Those of us who believe in the Constitution of the United States and our inherent right to protect ourselves, our families, and our property, will soon be forced to choose between our beliefs and support for a corrupt, liberty destroying government.
