Since the Anti's couldn't get a nickel per round tax through last year, they want to double the amount and call it a "fee" this year! This includes any and all reloading components. Imagine an extra ten cents per primer, and then an extra 10 cents per bullet, and to top it all off an extra 10 cents per individual piece of gunpowder in a can!!! |

On March 6th the Plain Dealer said ccw reform (HB12) would cost cash strapped Ohio 5.7million dollars annually, in an effort to imply CCW should be rejected because of costs.
But the truth is the PD lied and misled the public, and they were caught. HB12's 5.7m figure comes from non-partisan estimates of how much it'll cost Ohio after people spend more time in jail. You see, HB12 increases theft of a firearm penalties. It has nothing to do with CCW. |
