Turan ammo isn’t an American household name, so don’t be surprised if you’ve never heard of it and have questions about how good it really is. Turan is a Turkish company that only produces three calibers of range ammo (full metal jacket rounds); 5.56 NATO, 9mm, and .223 Remington.

Congressman Emmer reintroduced the Firearm Due Process Protection Act. This legislation provides legal recourse for law-abiding Americans who were improperly denied the ability to legally purchase a firearm due to administrative errors during a background check and increases congressional oversight of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). It is cosponsored by 14 of Emmer’s Republican colleagues in the House of Representatives.

A North Carolina man has been arrested after he allegedly fired multiple rounds at a vehicle, striking a juvenile driver, following an attempted theft from his truck. The case serves as a stark reminder that responsible gun owners must understand the laws of self-defense—deadly force is only justified in response to an immediate threat of death or serious bodily harm, not to protect property or pursue suspects after the fact.

 QUOTES TO REMEMBER
The most foolish mistake we could possibly make would be to permit the conquered Eastern peoples to have arms. History teaches that all conquerors who have allowed their subject races to carry arms have prepared their own downfall by doing so. Indeed I would go so far as to say that the underdog is a sine qua non for the overthrow of any sovereignty. So let's not have any native militia or police. German troops alone will bear the sole responsibility for the maintenance of law and order. — Adolf Hitler, April 11, 1942. (Source: "Hitler's Table-Talk at the Fuehrer's Headquarters 1941-1942", Dr. Henry Picker, ed. (Athenaeum Verlag, Bonn, 1951).)
