When it comes to concealed carry, .380 pistols hit the sweet spot between size, weight, and ease of use. They’re small enough to disappear in a pocket or waistband but still pack enough punch for self-defense. Whether you need a deep-concealment backup gun or a lightweight everyday carry, a good .380 can get the job done.

The battle over the Second Amendment has reached a boiling point in Massachusetts, where a lawsuit challenging the state’s handgun ban could have far-reaching implications for gun owners across the country. The Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) has taken a decisive stand, filing a final summary judgment brief in Granata v. Campbell, a case that seeks to overturn the state’s restrictions on certain handguns.

The recent Fifth Circuit ruling in United States v. Peterson has ignited fresh debates over suppressors and the scope of the Second Amendment. In a controversial decision, the court affirmed that suppressors are NOT “firearms” and thus are NOT protected under the Second Amendment. This ruling, if left to stand, could set a dangerous precedent, potentially giving the government broad authority to regulate, tax, or even ban critical firearm components under the guise that they are mere “accessories.”
