"Compromise is the sleazy comrade of those who push us. It is the siren song that seduces 'reasonable' people. Commies/liberals try to take a mile and settle for a whittled down inch or as much of the original usurpation they can get. Then later they try for more. They never stop. They may pause and lull many into a false security, then like a snake by the tail twist and strike. We who value Freedom forget too often to go for the head."

"Remember the 'enemy that never sleeps'. What stops them is sleeping less and matching them, stopping their schemes. No compromise. Just blow for blow. Then, with the enemy on the ropes, we expose them, waking people up to the schemes and the ultimate goal of total control." ...

"what, exactly?"

"Be specific. And detailed."

"Because I really want to hear it."

"My reply:"

"Kevin:"

"The people in this country who truly cherish freedom in all of its manifestations (thought, guns, speech, religion, association, private property, etc.) had better darned skippy get used to the idea that we are a cursed minority and will be for the foreseeable future."

"No, it's not a typo, it's our ongoing response. The full meaning of citizen authority over officials in every generation must not be repealed, but revealed to the American People, the true sovereign in America. It was declared that we are the sovereign in America, and that our sovereignty be backed by lethal force always. It was declared that we have the monopoly on force, from handing just powers of government bodies to citizen oversight of police and military to citizen arrest. The People delegate what we wish, but reserve all authority ourselves. The Second Amendment was written to be impervious to due process such as political sway or majority short of another amendment ..." ...

"First I'd like to start by saying I am not a National Rifle Association member and my very existence is not threatened or dependent upon the quantity of firearms I might own. But, rather than addressing our gun laws with ignorance, we should look at the facts."

"Other countries have gone down the path of either excessive gun control or banning guns altogether. One recent example is Australia, where assaults are the highest since 1996, armed robbery up 7 percent, and sexual assault has risen at a rate of 4 percent per year and is up 48 percent since 1997. The source of this information is the Australian Bureau of Statistics. Guess what happened in 1996? The Australian government imposed a gun ban/buyback law. ..." ...

"Just as the Madcap Militia Munitions Works (a wholly owned subsidiary of NITMIL Labs) is gearing up to load several hundred .300 Winchester Magnums with AP projectiles, comes this article from Strategy Page:"

"Magnum Reach Required"

"March 24, 2009: Once again, the U.S. Army is responding to requests from snipers for a longer range weapon, but not one as bulky and heavy as the .50 caliber rifle. In response to these requests, the army is modifying existing M24 rifles to fire the power powerful .300 Winchester Magnum round. It was felt that this gave the snipers all the additional range they needed, without requiring a much heavier rifle. SOCOM has been using this approach since the early 1990s."

"Just as anti-gunners accused the Bush administration of working with the gun rights organizations, is the Obama administration coordinating with the gun prohibition lobby in an effort to boost public pressure to revive the ban on so-called 'assault weapons?'"

"There is growing suspicion in the firearms community that it is no coincidence the administration is ramping up the rhetoric about this country’s 'shared responsibility' for the bloody drug war raging in northern Mexico, while 'Obama-friendly' news organizations lend emphasis to renewing the semi-auto ban. At the same time, the anti-gun [Brady Campaign] has just released a report called Exporting Violence: How Our Weak Gun Laws Arm Criminals in Mexico and America. ...

There is absolutely no infrastructure or enforcement as to Mexico stopping what goes into their country from the United States side going south. Or for that matter, from their southern border, where machine guns and RPGs come into the country, and not the United States."
