"the court decided that the owner could no longer keep the range open as a gun club but he could operate it as a shooting range open only ... by invitation. Operator Mark Bilicki said he is happy with the decisions but neighbors told News 4 they worry the shooting may never stop."

Justices are reviewing the seven-year prison sentence given a former pawn shop operator in Albemarle to decide if sentencings in federal weapons cases have been handled properly.
