Just six days before Timothy McVeigh's scheduled execution, the FBI turned over thousands of documents from the Oklahoma City bombing investigation to McVeigh's defense team Thursday. An attorney said the material may form the basis for a stay of execution request.
The FBI informed a judge that it "mistakenly" withheld boxes of evidence from defense lawyers during McVeigh's trial. |

"The following experiences are almost exclusive with Horizon Air involving Pullman, WA security and Seattle/Tacoma security. Other carriers and airport security differ. Call your airline before you get to the airport to make sure you will be within their rules. I have flown with Delta, Alaska, and United with no problems (but it has been a while -- further updates indicate it's time to stop giving them our business). "All I can tell you is it was a threat ... against students," he said. "Nobody in particular, but students in general."
"We just need to get it through kids' heads that there are certain things you don't say and there are certain things you don't draw," he said.
The boy was handcuffed by school police for his safety, according to Pinellas County School District spokesman Ron Stone.
"That's normal procedure in a situation like this," Stone said. "The primary concern was to make sure we get appropriate services for the child." |

"In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Sturm, Ruger & Co. Inc., of Southport, Conn. is voluntarily recalling 1.2 million padlocks and 800,000 cable gun locks that bear the "Ruger" name. The padlocks can be opened using keys other than those originally provided with the locks and the cable locks can be opened if struck with force potentially allowing unauthorized access to a firearm."

We are going to the mats to revise the anti-gun propaganda and lies that are being taught to our children in South Carolina through the Meeks-Heit "Totally Awesome Health Book" series. All the fighting in the legislature for our rights doesn't mean squat if when the next generation that comes into voting age are brainwashed by the school system. This has got to be done not only in South Carolina but every state of the union. |
