State officials said Monday they will celebrate the ceremonial signing of two pro-gun measures that the Kentucky legislature overrode from gubernatorial vetoes in April. Representatives Savannah Maddox and TJ Roberts will join Secretary of State Michael Adams on Tuesday for the signing ceremony of House Bill 78 and House Bill 312 at his Frankfort office.
