Ed Monk had been touring the United States. Ed usually talks at churches and schools, and sometimes at police departments. He talks about mass murderers and how to stop them. After a decade of study, Ed put some of his notes into a book. The book was published a few weeks ago and is called First 30 Seconds. Ed brings up many good points.
