The state of Illinois will be defending its gun and magazine ban Monday in front of the Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. The 2023 law was found unconstitutional last year by the Southern District of Illinois federal court. Plaintiffs sued, saying the government is prohibited from banning commonly owned firearms. The state and gun control advocates argue the ban addresses dangerous and unusual firearms and societal concerns over mass shootings. |

The Nocturne series, with its moniker evoking refrains of dreamy piano music and overnight endeavors, is CZ's latest stab at a tough-as-nails, hammer-fired polymer-framed 9mm pistol. It builds on the company's legacy P-07/09 series, which was first released in 2009, but updates it with a direct milled optics cut, co-witnessed iron sights, and refreshed ergonomics. |

The military style full flap holster is truly a woodsman’s friend for, like the soldier on the battlefield, his pistol needs protection from the elements and from mud and dirt when he takes a fall and from twigs, leaves, etc. when moving through thick brush. |

TO REMEMBER |
| The most foolish mistake we could possibly make would be to permit the conquered Eastern peoples to have arms. History teaches that all conquerors who have allowed their subject races to carry arms have prepared their own downfall by doing so. Indeed I would go so far as to say that the underdog is a sine qua non for the overthrow of any sovereignty. So let's not have any native militia or police. German troops alone will bear the sole responsibility for the maintenance of law and order. — Adolf Hitler, April 11, 1942.
