“Like most rights, the right secured by the Second Amendment is not unlimited.” — Justice Antonin Scalia, District of Columbia vs Heller, 2008
Freedom of the press does not protect libel. Freedom of speech does not guard child pornography. Freedom of religion does not allow human sacrifice. |

Maybe, maybe not, but the limited power delegated to the government is. The architects' of the Constitution made it very clear: Government was not to exercise any power not delegated to it by the Constitution. Freedom of power to the government is limited. |

Trouble is, the govt. definition of a machinegun is NOT met by the idiot bumpstock which doesn't alter the "one trigger pull= one bullet fired" nature of SEMI automatic. The way this ban is written is dangerous, it establishes precedents that will endanger our rights in the future.
And, as to the title, yes the 2A right includes full auto.
Does ANYONE know what the word "INFRINGE" Means?

QUOTES
TO REMEMBER |
"Secrecy is the keystone of all tyranny. Not force, but secrecy ... censorship. When any government, or any church, for that matter, undertakes to say to it's subjects, 'This you may not read, this you must not see, this you are forbidden to know,' the end result is tyranny and oppression, no matter how holy the motives. Mighty little force is needed to control a man whose mind has been hoodwinked; contrariwise, no amount of force can control a free man, a man whose mind is free. No, not the rack, not fission bombs, not anything. You cannot conquer a free man; the most you can do is kill him." --Robert A. Heinlein, "Revolt in 2100" (Pg. 68-69, Baen Books paperback edition, 1999 printing) |
