2016? This hearing and ruling should have happened within two weeks of the incident, not three years later.
That's what SYG is intended to do - PREVENT years of aggravation, stress, financial depletion and the destruction of lives.
This ruling is welcome and correct, but its timing is ATROCIOUS. |
