I'm assuming author is talking about Portland and other places where fed Leo have been stationed.
Perhaps the "militia" realize that these are NOT "protesters," they're violent rioters who have killed, maimed, and cost millions in damages and the govt. has a legitimate right and good reason to try to suppress these fanatical Marxist myrmidons.
