Texas has a high rate of stolen firearms because of the stupid 30.06 and 30.07 restrictions.
Most banks and half of commercial establishments ban guns and have Texas law to enforce their restrictions.
A simple solution would be to allow concealed carry almost everywhere like a lot of other states. |
