They already have at least two witnesses that say that Foster pointed a rifle at Daniel Perry.
What was he supposed to do? Wait until Foster acquired his target and pulled the trigger.
Austin is a liberal bastion and they no doubt are looking for a means to prosecute Mr. Perry for defending his life and killing one of their most favored status liberals. |
