Because the Constitution's interstate commerce clause is abused on a daily basis all across America to infringe the rights of Americans, and because the BATF's existence as Gun Confiscating Thugs hinges on blatant abuse of the interstate commerce clause, this bill draft is a welcome sight for sore eyes.
It's a short bill and easy to read. Among its tenets:
"A Montana citizen whom the government of the United States attempts to prosecute, under the congressional power to regulate interstate commerce, for violation of a federal law concerning the manufacture, sale, transfer, or possession of a firearm, a firearm accessory, or ammunition manufactured and retained within Montana must be defended in full by the Montana attorney general." |
