"The Second Amendment really shouldn't be nationalized because the balance between gun rights and gun safety is one of the most local issues there is in constitutional law."
Segall is a nitwit. The Second Amendment guarantees the right, and the Fourteenth Amendment applies that guarantee to the states and their subdivisions.
