Interesting.
Personal friends threw pebbles at his window to get his attention, and he opened fire?
Yet, when Theodore Wafer woke up to a stranger rattling his windows, he was convicted of 2nd degree murder for doing the same thing.
I tend to think they're both guilty of something in the range of manslaughter to negligent homicide. |
