| I remain confused ! By what modus do the anti-campus carry proponents determine how someone of legal age to purchase and carry a handgun and already examined and vetted by the state and federal governments pose a "threat" ? If they are contending an individuals setting foot "on campus" will effect a major change in character or behavior perhaps we ought to be looking elsewhere. Perhaps the institution(s) ought to be posting signs at every entrance declaiming " these environs have been determined to be infected with a substance, field, or aura causing insanity in those possessing firearms". |
