Adam Cloward claimed a pitbull was going to bite him. So he claimed to shot the pitbull in self-defense. But prosecutors and police see it differently. He's now facing charges for firing his weapon, aggravated animal cruelty and obstruction of justice for the March 28 incident. "It's absolutely not animal cruelty," said Cloward's father who did not want his name disclosed. |
