A 49-year-old Lexington man was indicted Tuesday on firearms charges after Lexington police seized 83 guns and 10,000 rounds of ammunition from his home during an investigation into allegations that Robert Ivarson racially harassed his black neighbors. A Middlesex grand jury on Tuesday indicated Ivarson, 49, of Lexington, on charges of possession of a large-capacity firearm (two counts), possession of a firearm without a firearms identification card (three counts) and possession of chemical mace without an FID card.

if you have an issue, solve it or move but do not become a police state statistic. Next MA will go after online commenters.

sometimes even a gun (or 2 guns in first case) doesn't do the trick:

Brutal killing on the pedestrian crossing

The record shows how one man caught up with another on the pedestrian crossing, then attacked him and inflicted on his opponent a series of knife strikes to the head, neck and torso.

 QUOTES TO REMEMBER
As an individual, I believe, very strongly, that handguns should be banned and that there should be stringent, effective control of other firearms. However, as a judge, I know full well that the question of whether handguns can be sold is a political one, not an issue of products liability law, and that this is a matter for the legislatures, not the courts. The unconventional theories advanced in this case (and others) are totally without merit, a misuse of products liability laws. Judge Buchmeyer, Patterson v. Gesellschaft, 1206 F.Supp. 1206, 1216 (N.D. Tex. 1985)
