Some Black Creek Conservancy Club members claim members of the Michigan Militia Black Creek Volunteers began infiltrating the club over the past three to five years.
A lawsuit was filed against the the club on Aug.18 in Isabella County, claiming since the infiltration of the club the defendants and their co-conspirators have held military-style events at the club, conducted and encouraged virtual nonstop live-firing on the club's grounds and held a "submachine gun" shooting event against the wishes of the membership, among other things.
Bruce Eggers, president of the Black creek Conservation Club said, "At this point I'm not going to say a lot. And it's their point of view and a lot of it is just fake. It's fake news. |

QUOTES
TO REMEMBER |
Government is not the solution to our problem; government is the problem.... We've been tempted to believe that society has become too complex to be managed by self-rule, that government by an elite group is superior to government for, by, and of the people. Well, if no one among us is capable of government himself, then who among us has the capacity to govern someone else? All of us together, in and out of government, must bear the burden. The solutions we seek must be equitable, with no one group singled out to pay a higher price. — Ronald Reagan |
