Not gonna pay to comment on that liberal rag.
Philadelphia has long been the red-headed stepchild regarding PA uniform firearms law. It thinks it can do whatever it wants despite state law, and has been spanked in court repeatedly because of it.
But that is of no consequence. The mentality in Philly lawmakers remains defiantly anti-constitutional, and will remain that way until Philadelphians wise up and quit electing Democrat statists as their government officials. |
