Isaacs' lawyer says Smalls lunged through his car window and attacked him. Too bad we can't just take a NYPD officer's word on that.
Dash cams, people, or at least a smart phone or two in the car recording on a loop. You never know when you might get prosecuted for defending yourself from assault, and apparently it's guilty unless proven innocent if you're the one with a gun. |
