Yesterday, the state Assembly passed Assembly Bill 7 by a vote of 44 to 29. AB 7 sponsored by Mike Gipson (D-64), would further extend California’s ban on the open carry of an unloaded firearm while in or upon a public place or public street within a prohibited area located within the unincorporated area of a county. AB 7 is now in the Senate pending a committee assignment.
AB 424 was not considered during yesterday’s floor session, however it remains eligible for a vote at any time. Please continue to contact your Assembly Member by using the TAKE ACTION button below and urge him/her to OPPOSE AB 424. |

California is nailing its own coffin shut, from the INSIDE.
The SCOTUS is poised to dismantle much if not all of that state's unconstitutional anti-2A autocracy. |

QUOTES
TO REMEMBER |
A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. ~ Marcus Tullius Cicero (42B.C) |
